BrokerWise is a Davenport-based artificial intelligence and software company building practical automation tools for commercial real estate brokerages and other professional organizations.

Our platform helps teams centralize business knowledge, organize documents, automate repetitive workflows, improve reporting, support compliance review, and communicate more efficiently with clients and internal staff. BrokerWise is designed to reduce administrative friction while giving professionals faster access to the information they need to make informed decisions.

BrokerWise was founded by Chris Coleman, an AI architect and software engineer with experience designing cloud, data, automation, and artificial intelligence systems. The company is headquartered in Davenport and is actively building relationships with local businesses, real estate professionals, economic development organizations, technology leaders, and strategic partners throughout the Quad Cities.

In addition to developing BrokerWise, we support conversations around responsible AI adoption, local data governance, workforce education, and the use of artificial intelligence to strengthen regional businesses. Our goal is to help organizations adopt AI in a practical, understandable, and secure way without replacing the experience and judgment of the professionals who operate them.
