About Us
Our Mission: Supporting Successful lives to build strong communities.
Our Vision: A safe, healthy, and inclusive community.
Our Services:
• Survivor Services: free, confidential services to survivors of domestic abuse, sexual abuse, human trafficking, homicide, and other violent crimes. Services include counseling and therapy, support groups, emergency crisis assistance, sheltering and rapid rehousing, medical and legal advocacy, safety planning, employment assistance, education and awareness and mentoring.
• Mental Health & Counseling: Offered in a safe, confidential and trauma-informed environment. Services are offered to individuals, couples, families and children in the Quad City area. We accept most insurance, private pay, Title XIX Iowa (Medicaid), and Medicare.
• Coordinated Assessment Program (CAP): Free assistance to Scott County families, connecting them to resources needed to support the health, happiness and ongoing success for youth.
• Integrated Health Home (IHH): Medicaid members in Scott and Muscatine counties with mental health, emotional or behavioral challenges are eligible to access services through Integrated Health Home (IHH). IHH is a program that helps to ensure these community members are provided care coordination, peer support, and help in accessing other services.
• Comprehensive Care Coordination: Assist families in Scott, Muscatine, or Rock Island counties who have a child or children with emotional or behavioral challenges, or adults with a mental health diagnosis who are also eligible for Medicaid. Services collaborate with the child, family and mental/physical health care providers, provide advocacy and support, assist in finding resources.
• Iowa Aftercare Service Network (IASN): services youth who have aged out of the foster care system.
• Foster & Adoptive Family Connections: offering licensing and support to prospective and current foster and adoptive families.
