Rejuvenate Housing is a nonprofit organization dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods and expanding access to homeownership for families who need it most. We reclaim long-abandoned, blighted properties and transform them into safe, livable, and affordable homes that help families put down roots and thrive.

Our work strengthens neighborhoods and brings lasting change. Each restored home reduces blight and crime, raises surrounding property values, and builds community pride. We sell homes with five-year occupancy covenants to promote stability, discourage speculative investment, and give families a real opportunity to build equity and generational wealth.
