About Us

RICHFC is a community-based not-for-profit organization developed to promote and advance decent, safe and sanitary housing for persons of low income, particularly low income families in Rock Island County, Illinois. RICHFC promotes the common good and general welfare of Rock Island County, State of Illinois, its inhabitants, surrounding territories and their inhabitants, thereby benefiting society by reducing the causes of crime, poor health and blighted conditions and to promote community improvement.
