About Us

Hours are Monday through Friday 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Rock Island Fitness Center provides activities for the entire family. The facility features an indoor heated swimming pool, 36 piece equipment room, free weights, basketball court, indoor track, cardio room, racquetball courts, sauna, whirlpool, tanning room and babysitting service. A preschool and conference rooms are also available.
