About Us
Estes is a construction manager and general contractor headquartered in downtown Davenport, Iowa. We plan, budget, schedule, and manage commercial construction projects. We’re like the quarterback who calls the plays: Estes gets the right players in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing for a successful outcome. The family-operated company has evolved over the last 50 years to serve a broader range of business owners and non-profits and has expanded with multiple Midwest offices.
We build seven-story hospitals. Trendy, urban apartments. Modern collaboration spaces for businesses. And schools for learning and community gatherings.
We’re a learning company. Estes provides extensive, ongoing internal training. We even pay for external opportunities for skill development or certifications to help everybody reach career goals.
