Business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rock Island Arsenal Development Group (RIADG) is a non-profit subsidiary of the Quad City Development Group. It's Board of DIrectors consists of private and public representatives from the Quad City area. RIADG has the exclusive right to market underutilized space and capacity on the Rock Island Arsenal. The intent of this agreement is to not only reduce costs for the Arsenal, but also increase its workload and to create retail jobs for the greater Quad Cities.
