Black Hawk College, 6600 34^th Ave. Moline, IL 61265, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, September 10 at 10:00 a.m.

Black Hawk College will celebrate completion of the renovation to the campus library and teaching/learning center.  The ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by an open house.  The Black Hawk

College Jazz Band will perform from 9:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Refreshments will be available after the ceremony.
