Get ready for a powerful conversation with a passionate Strengths Based Leader and Workforce Development Trainer. Christine Caves understands the crosswalk between education/training, workforce development and leadership development. All elements are critical to building a talented workforce. If your organization is going to successfully navigate the rough waters of workforce development, you’re going to need to embrace a multi-faceted strategy for attracting, engaging and retaining top talent.
This event is a great opportunity for managers/supervisors and anyone interested in learning leadership lessons!
Be prepared for a candid conversation around change. Now is the time to adopt a new perspective around traditional leadership styles. Are you ready to consider a shift from an authoritarian style of leadership to coaching? Can you remember the best mentor, boss or coach you ever had? They were your biggest fan and saw talents you may not have recognized in yourself. They aligned your talents to your role, they supported you in special assignments, they gave you honest feedback when you needed it and space when you didn’t. They were present and made you feel like you mattered.
This is the essence of Strengths Based Leadership. It’s a mindset and a shared language. It is a resource to help you customize your leadership and validate the diversity of your workforce. You respect differences and leverage those differences to maximize performance.
Strengths Based Leadership is a scientifically proven theory of improving employee engagement. Organizations that adopt this mindset will improve recruitment, retention, engagement and succession within their organizations. It can start today! Are you ready to take your company from good to great?
