Colonel Fly took command of the Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing Technology Center in September 2010 and now oversees the only general-purpose, vertically integrated, metal manufacturer in the Department of Defense.
Colonel Fly has served in the U.S. and overseas including Germany, Iraq, Fort Hood, Tx, Fort Campbell, Ky and Schofield Barracks, Hi. Prior to coming to Rock Island, he served as the deputy commander of the 402nd Army Field Support Brigade at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
