The Minority Perspective on Equality and Economy Featuring: Randy Moore; President, Iowa American Water Company In America there are over 100 million minorities of which 45 million are Black Americans. However, Black owned businesses only represent 7% of the small businesses in America. Randy Moore, President, Iowa American Water Company will discuss the importance of building support amongst minority communities in order to increase the rate of minority-owned small businesses. One of the strategies of Q2030 is to develop a more welcoming and inclusive community.
