Presented by David S. Charles, Director of Workforce Planning and Analytics, Deere & Company

Over the last decade, we have seen the maturity of analytics drive value in several areas of business including finance, sales and marketing. There are significant opportunities to capitalize on value within the Human Resources function. Talent is one of the last competitive differentiators. David will discuss how Human Capital Analytics can help every organization and share some learnings from John Deere’s journey.
About the speaker:
David Charles is the Director of Workforce Planning and Analytics at John Deere, responsible for generating critical insights that help develop and execute workforce plans that support John Deere’s corporate strategy. Before joining John Deere, David led the Consumer Engagement Analytics and Operations team for CVS Health’s Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) business where he developed engagement programs aimed at improving healthcare outcomes. Earlier in his career, David was both a strategy and data integration consultant. David has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut.
