Celebratory event sponsored by Northwest Bank & Trust will include extraordinary in-person experiences paired with an awards ceremony honoring trailblazing women in the Quad Cities Lead(h)er is hosting their 6th Annual Birthday Bash & Girl on Fire Awards on Thursday, October 13, 2022 beginning at 4:00 pm at River Music Experience located at 129 Main Street, Davenport, IA. This year’s Birthday Bash & Girl on Fire Awards event is happening under the Big Top. Join Lead(h)er for an evening of fun with carnival games, sideshow acts, dinner and drinks. Stay for the Main Event, the annual Girl on Fire Awards, which honors Strike a Match mentors and mentees and the extraordinary achievements of the women who participate in the program. The 2022 Birthday Party is sponsored by Northwest Bank & Trust. The Birthday Bash & Girl on Fire Awards allows Lead(h)er to recognize local women who have exemplified their mission of fueling career and community engagement in the workforce. Since the start of the organization, 1,000 women have been matched with mentors in the Quad Cities. Area organizations and businesses are stepping up to make sure all women in our community have access to free individualized mentorship.
