Lutheran Services in Iowa, 111 W. 15th St. Davenport, IA 52803, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, October 13 at 12:30 p.m. The ribbon cutting event will celebrate 150 years of Lutheran Services in Iowa. Since 1864, Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) has been serving families and children. LSI is one of Iowa’s largest human services organizations and impacts tens of thousands of Iowans annually. Today, they are still committed to making sure children have safe, permanent homes. They also support families, people with disabilities, people of refugee status, elderly adults and many others.
