Christine Caves: 

Christine Caves is an independent career consultant with more than 15 years of career development experience.  She has worked in the state workforce system, public education, higher education, and private industry. 

Christine has her Master's Degree in Psychology-Career Counseling from the University of the Rockies.  She is recognized by the National Career Development Association (NCDA) as a Master Career Development Professional.  She is a CareerCruising Trainer and Gallup trained StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment & workshop facilitator. 

Laurie Johnson:

Laurie Johnson brings over 20 years of experience helping companies elevate the performance of their employees and improve productivity. Most recently, she served as executive director of the MRA Iowa/Western Illinois region. She also serves as CEO of Innovations Communications Consulting, a company she founded in 2004. In that role, she worked with organizations to help align strategic goals with talent management and workforce strategies through performance management, employee development, and change management. Johnson has worked in tandem with MRA on specific leadership development training initiatives.

Laurie has a wide range of management experience in human resources, industrial relations, organizational development, business information systems, training and development, management coaching, mediation, and communication disciplines. While serving as a state workforce investment representative under the governor of Nebraska, Laurie developed city, county, community relations, and state-wide partnerships in best business practices, performance consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, gap analysis, and project development.
