The Quad Cities Chamber, Quad-City Times, and St. Ambrose University have partnered to present the New Ideas Forum, an opportunity to lead and engage in a national conversation about forward -looking solutions for the country. Senator Rand Paul will share his new ides as it relates to the flat tax.
