NutritionWorks' Whole30 program is a groupn of men & women working to better their lives through health & nutrition.
What Does the Whole30 Program Include?
-Facebook group to be used for sharing, comments, questions, concerns, successes and receipes
-Group Grocery Shopping Trip ( 2pm on April 8th, 2018 @ Devils Glen Hy-Vee)
-4 In-person group meetings
-Unlimited health coaching with Heather Larsen through Facebook and email
