The Iowa Business Council (IBC) will hold a Vision to Vitality forum with Quad Cities area business leaders on Tuesday, November 19, from 9 - 10:30 p.m. at the Eastern Iowa Community College Urban Campus.
The Vision to Vitality forum will discuss cultivating the workforce pipeline and proactive steps leaders can take to grow thriving communities that attract and retain talent.IBC Executive Director Joe Murphy will follow with a presentation of the IBC’s annual Competitive Dashboard, which benchmarks Iowa against the rest of the country on a number of important economic indicators. After his presentation, a panel will be convened with local leaders. Panelists for the Quad Cities Vision to Vitality event include:

- Thomas Johnson I Factory Manager, John Deere
- Jennifer Peterson I Vice President, Member and Community Relations, HNI Corporation
Vision to Vitality forums are held across the state to produce candid discussions between IBC members and local community leaders about Iowa’s economy and best practices for future growth. Ultimately, these efforts foster statewide collaboration and strengthen Iowa businesses.
