When writing a job posting, it is essential to stay compliant and post the position creatively. A few tips are to be creative in the posting, not with the title; you want to job to be searchable. Make sure the posting makes sense to the outside world. Be conversational and personalize it to speak to the right candidate and describe the attributes of top performers.
