ProMedica Skilled Nursing & Rehab (formerly Heartland) will host a ribbon cutting on Thursday, April 28 at 1:00 pm to celebrate a merger. The ribbon cutting will take place at 1:00 pm, followed by an Open House from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served.
