Pulse Counseling & Wellness Center PLLC will host a ribbon cutting to celebrate their one-year anniversary on Thursday, February 20^th at 12 Noon.  They are located at 1465 41^st Street, Suite 6, in Moline, IL (off of 12^th Avenue and 41^st Street near Youth Hope, Little Caesars Pizza, Ming Wah Chinese Restaurant, and Washington Elementary School)
