Quartet Senior Living will host a ribbon cutting on Thursday, November 10th at 3:00 pm to celebrate their grand opening. The facility is located at 3150 Glenbrook Circle South in Bettendorf. Hors d’oeuvres will be served and VIP tours of the center will follow the ceremony.
