Smooth Cool Treats, 5264 Utica Ridge Road Davenport, IA 52807, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, February 4 at 4:30pm to celebrate their grand opening. Formerly Maggie Moo’s, Smooth Cool Treats has opened with a new look, even creamier ice cream and Sprecher’s Craft Root Beer on tap.
