Tim Clifton Agency, Inc. is an all-lines insurance agency that was established on October 1st, 2001, as a captured agent with American Family Insurance. Tim Clifton, Agent/Owner and President has successfully & organically grown his agency operations based on core values of honesty, transparency and loyalty to his clients. It is of most importance to the team at the Tim Clifton Agency, Inc. to ensure every client understands what product is needed and what coverages apply along with what coverages are optional to cater to each client's financial risk needs and budgets. Tim understands and exercises small family business core values which has not only led to a tenured successful last 25 years in business but also has generated so many irreplaceable valued relationships and friendships over the years. Tim meets with his clients yearly to review, adjust and help save premium dollars through discount structures available as life constantly changes, so do financial risks for his clients. Tim is licensed in 18 states which enables him to accommodate local, seasonal and non-local clients alike.

Tim knows the agency's success doesn't exist with just him and nothing is possible without his amazing team! Tim has a team of five that helps make the agency successful on the daily! His wife, Sonya Clifton/Vice President handles all of the internal operations of the agency including payroll, accounts receivables/payables, networking & human resources. Karen Juras/Customer Service Specialist/IL-IA Licensed Agent oversees the day-to-day office operations with quoting, selling, advising, servicing and binding all-lines offered within the agency. His two daughters, Sophia & Ellah Clifton/Customer Loyalty Specialists assist part-time with appointments, billing, retention and administrations. His son, Cole Clifton/Maintenance & Service Technician assists part-time on the condition and functionality of the agency location and off premise locations as well as technology support.

The agency has been involved in the community in many areas over the last 25 years including supporting the Big Brothers Big Sisters Foundation, United Way, Grey Matters Collective, local area high schools including sports & fine art programs, local community fairs as well as many area small business and non-for-profit groups.
