The Arc of the Quad Cities Area, 2017 29th St. Rock Island, IL 61201, will host a ground breaking ceremony on Friday, October 17th at 11:00 a.m. The ground breaking ceremony will celebrate the construction of 3 new group homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
