In the spirit of Keep It QC, a new movement about the power of doing business locally to advance the Quad Cities' regional economy, the Chamber is proud to present a program that celebrates the success stories of three thriving businesses in our community.

Dave Andrews | Plant Manager, 3M Cordova
Dave Andrews is the Plant Manager for 3M's Cordova Facility. Dave holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and has worked in 3M manufacturing operations for more than 30 years. He has worked with a wide variety of global 3M sites including operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. Dave has been the plant manager at 3M Cordova since 2019. 3M Cordova, a key chemical supplier to 3M facilities and other customers across the globe, is excited to be celebrating its 50th year in operation this year.
Elizabeth Tinsman | CEO, Twin State Technical Services
Founded in 1992, Twin State Technical is dedicated to delivering value, quality, and customer service in information systems, software development, and implementation of digital and technology solutions for over 350 regional businesses and non-profits. On the leading edge in the digital world, Beth serves customers as a technology advisor and strategist. Beth is a graduate of Northwestern University and earned her Masters in IT Management from St. Ambrose University, where she is a member of the Computer Science faculty. Prior to founding TSTS, she spent 10 years with IBM. She is a leading speaker on technology trends and best practices. Beth is actively engaged community citizen, serving on the board of non-profit organizations such as the YMCA, QC Chamber, Café on Vine, and Friendly House.
Tiphanie Cannon | Owner, Oh So Sweet by Tiphanie
Tiphanie Cannon has been the owner of Oh So Sweet by Tiphanie located in downtown Davenport since it opened in 2014. Tiphanie was a finalist on The Food Network's Christmas Cookie Challenge in 2019, where she had the opportunity to bake for The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond, and decorate 300 cookies in 2 1/2 hours like a Cookie Ninja. She has also been on IPTV's Iowa Ingredient several times, where she has shared recipes and how-to's with viewers from all over the state. She is a regular guest on Paula Sands Live, with her own weekly series Season of Sweetness. Her passion lies not only in baking cookies, curating new sandwiches such as the Cluck Norris, making French macarons and cupcakes at Oh So Sweet, but in teaching the home baker that there's a pastry chef hidden inside of them just waiting to come out.
