Heartland Diversity & Compliance Consulting will be offering webinars on the topic of Understanding Racism: Diversity & Inclusion. The main focus of this webinar is to provide a better understanding about the aspects of racism and how racism has affected our country historically. In addition, we will discuss how these same issues are impacting our country today in regards to race relations. Part two of this webinar focuses on diversity and inclusion in the workplace including the differences between diversity and inclusion and how confronting racism can minimize or remove the barriers that prevent an inclusive work environment.

- List the actions that employees at all level of the organization can execute to support an inclusive workplace
- Practice communication skills to better understand people who are different than you
- Complete an action plan on how you can personally support your organization’s diversity & inclusion efforts
