The Coronavirus changed us! We learned quite a bit about what we were prepared for, and what we weren't. As we come out of COVID-19, we know it's not going to be the same as it was a couple of months ago. Jim Morgan from MRA will share how business leaders and HR will need to plan to get the business ready for recovery with talent plans, succession planning, skills gap analysis, forecast modeling, comp and benefits analysis, retention plans and more.

As you prepare for the rest of 2020 and beyond, join us to explore leadership and HR's role in identifying and addresses key organizational strategies to make a strong recovery.

Meet our Presenter:
Jim Morgan, Vice President, Member Experience | MRA

Talent attraction is like the weather ... everyone's talking about it, but we can't do anything about it ... or can we? Working on the talent shortage issue for more than 30 years, Jim helps employers understand that changing demographics are driving their challenges and provides solutions for talent acquisition. Jim has facilitated strategic planning sessions for businesses, chambers and economic development groups, primarily around developing a talent pipeline for employers. He has provided keynote presentations for 50 to over 1,000. CEOs, policymakers, educators, and students have enjoyed his mix of data, experiences, research, stories, and humor.

The Quad Cities Chamber is waiving the event fee for this webinar.
