About Us

Business Hours are 8:00 - 4:30 p.m. The Association of Official Seed Certifying Agencies (AOSCA) was formed in 1919 to represent the entities throughout the US that are delegated the responsibility of certifying the genetic purity and quality of seeds used in commercial crop production. These agencies perform field inspections, audits during handling and processing, and final documentation to allow farmers the confidence from knowing that they are buying the highest quality and purity of seed possible. The wide spectrum of seeds offered for certification include all major field crops grown throughout the US, Canada, and other international members.

Reason of joining: "The Illinois Quad City Chamber of Commerce was very helpful as AOSCA was considering moving its office to Moline and provided a valuable resource for information about the local economy, office space, and employment statistics. AOSCA is joining the Chamber to benefit from access to other professionals, especially those that may be related to the agricultural industry, in the Quad Cities. We hope that we may be able to offer input relative to agriculture that will be helpful in promoting the Chamber's overall mission of supporting economic growth in our community."
