Straight from Ireland

Flaherty's…The Irish Candy Company, LLC was started with roots and recipes from Galway, Ireland by Joy & Dennis Flaherty at their kitchen table back in 1990. We started our company with three candies: Irish Toffee (Emerald Isle), Peanut Brittle, and Coconut Peanut Brittle.

Today Flaherty’s makes 34 products which includes Aunt Edna’s Caramels, Irish Fudge, Irish Tea Cakes, Hot Buttered Rum, Hot Spiced Wine Mix along with 14 different flavors of our Irish candies just to name a few. With real Irish butter and leprechaun magic we give you our commitment to the highest quality products made anywhere in the world.

From our beginning, we have always given back to the communities to which we sell our products. Through the Junior League organizations, we have donated thousands of dollars over the years to local charities. As part of our mission statement, we will continue to do so as long as we are participating in shows.
