Rock Island, IL – The Arc of the Quad Cities Area is excited to share a major milestone in our journey, the unveiling of a new brand identity for Arc Industries to QC Flex. The Arc will be officially celebrating this transformation on Wednesday, April 17^th at QC Flex located at 610 37^th Avenue, Rock Island, IL with their partners at DARI (Development Association of Rock Island) with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:45 a.m. to noon.
