We are pleased to announce that Brad Zogg, formerly President of Schebler Chimney Systems, has stepped up to become Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Schebler Company. The business serves as the parent company of Schebler Chimney Systems, Schebler Specialty Fab, and Schebler Heating and Air.

With over 35 years of dedicated service at Schebler, Brad has climbed the ranks with determination and excellence. He began his journey back in 1989 as a sheet metal union apprentice with our HVAC fabrication and installation team. After completing the apprenticeship program, Brad showcased his talent in various operational roles, ultimately becoming the Chimney System General Foreman in the late '90s, before being promoted to Manager of Chimney Systems in 2001.

Brad's continued exceptional performance led him to other management roles such as Vice President of Construction Services and Vice President of Schebler Chimney Systems, culminating in his appointment as President of Schebler Chimney Systems in 2021. Under his leadership, the Chimney Systems division experienced impressive growth of more than 350%.

Schebler is an employee-owned company, and Brad’s “homegrown” elevation exemplifies how the company prioritizes internal growth and the success of its team members. Says Brad, “I am particularly proud of being entrusted by my fellow employee-owners for this critical leadership position.”

Thanks to his extensive experience and various roles within the organization, Brad has developed a profound understanding of every facet of the Company. Starting from working with his tools, he ventured into product development, earning two patents, transitioned our operations to a cutting-edge lean production system from a jobshop environment, provided invaluable technical support to resolve customer problems, and spearheaded the sales and marketing efforts of the division. Now, as CEO of the entire Company, Brad’s 3.5 decades of expertise will guide Schebler’s operational, strategic, and organizational vision, benefiting all our stakeholders and employee-owners.

Exciting times lie ahead as Brad takes the helm of the Schebler Company. He and his team have ambitious growth plans for Schebler. “We aim to double our revenue within the next five years,” says Mr. Zogg. They have laid out a detailed agenda to reach that goal through both organic growth and acquisitions, strengthening the sales network for all three divisions, continuing to introduce innovative new products and services, and optimizing the Company’s operational excellence to provide even greater value to their customers.

The Schebler Company has a distinguished history of fabricating high-quality products, components and subassemblies for a wide array of industries and markets. With Brad as the new CEO, the future looks equally robust.
