Community invited to ribbon-cutting ceremony, open house Sept. 20 at BHC

Black Hawk College invites the community to a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house to see the newly renovated Building 2 at the Quad-Cities Campus, 6600 34th Ave., Moline.
SATURDAY, SEPT. 20

  • 11 a.m. - Ribbon-cutting ceremony
  • After the ceremony - Building tours, live music and free lunch
The 66,000-square-foot, two-story building is now the home for the college's career and technical education (CTE) programs.
It includes:
  • 4,000-square-foot addition with welding lab, fabrication lab, grinding room and tool crib
  • 11 classrooms
  • 8 labs
  • 3 group study rooms
  • Expanded student lounge areas

Guests should park in Lot 1 off 70th Street.
