Transform your leadership potential with Black Hawk College’s new leadership program, Turning Chance Into Change: Transform Your Leadership Potential.

In six sessions you will:

• Learn tips and strategies to develop your skills.
• Engage with peers and community leaders while developing essential skills for leadership success.
• Gain valuable and relevant information that you can use immediately in your workplace, no matter your position or role.

All classes are Fridays from 8 a.m. to noon at the Black Hawk College Quad-Cities Campus in Moline.

• Jan. 24 – Communicating for Superior Teamwork: Managing Your Communication Style
• Feb. 14 – The Principles of Authentic Leadership
• Feb. 28 – Communication Excellence: Managing Performance with DiSC
• March 21 – Providing Feedback That Works
• April 11 – Coaching: Developing Others
• May 9 – Giving Recognition That Gets Results

Cost is $2,370. Grant funding is available for those who qualify. Ask for details.
