Patrick Norton has joined the Site Development Department of Klingner & Associates, P.C. (Klingner) in the firm’s Davenport Regional Office as a Senior Engineer. Norton brings more than 30 years of civil engineering experience, with a background in project management, design, construction administration, and client coordination. His experience includes development, subdivision design, utility and roadway design, stormwater management, and construction administration.
 
Norton is a professional engineer licensed in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin and holds LEED AP certification. Norton holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Iowa State University and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
