FAYETTE, Iowa – Upper Iowa University (UIU) is pleased to announce the official launch of its new 90-credit Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, following final approval from the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). UIU is among the first group of institutions in the nation to offer a reduced-credit bachelor’s degree designed to give students a more focused, affordable, and efficient path to graduation.

The 90-credit option will be formally available to online students beginning May 18 (UIU Session 5) and to Fayette campus students beginning Fall 2026 (UIU Session 1). Students may apply now to secure their place.
