[Davenport, Iowa, Feb 1, 2021] The Group Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists, P.C. opened a NEW Clinton OB-GYN satellite clinic within ORA Orthopedics at 2900 S. 25^th Street, Suite B2, Clinton, IA 52732. Compromised of physicians, certified nurse midwives, advanced nurse practitioners, and a physician assistant, The Group specializes in obstetrics, gynecology, and women’s health and offers services from first visits, to pregnancy and menopause.

Dr. Jen Steines and Certified Nurse Midwife, Heather Mink are Clinton County area natives. Dr. Steines grew up in DeWitt, IA, and Heather Mink in the neighboring Clinton area town of Camanche! Both providers are now accepting OB and GYN patients on Thursdays at the new Clinton location.

Dr. Steines grew up in DeWitt, IA, and attended Central DeWitt Community School District. She joined The Group in 2014 after completing her residency and two years of practice at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Steines completed her undergraduate degree at St. Ambrose University before attending the Medical College of Wisconsin. She specializes in adolescent GYN, contraceptive counseling, minimally invasive surgery, vulvar conditions, and of course obstetrics! The Group providers are committed to providing the best possible medical care and treatment in a comfortable and secure environment.

Heather Mink was born and raised in Camanche, IA. Heather always wanted to work in the Intensive Care Unit, but after witnessing her first birth she knew that her heart belonged to labor and delivery. While working full-time at Genesis BirthCenter she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Iowa in 2017. Heather then went on to achieve her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati where she graduated in December of 2019.
