[Davenport, Iowa, May 1, 2024] The Group Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists, P.C. opened a NEW Clinton OB-GYN satellite clinic within Quality Care Clinic and Surgery Center at 2745 Lincoln Hwy, Clinton, IA 52732. Comprised of physicians, certified nurse midwives, advanced nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, The Group specializes in obstetrics, gynecology, and women’s health and offers services from first visits to pregnancy and menopause.

We are excited to introduce new Clinton area OB-GYN patients to The Group! Heather Mink, M.S.N., A.R.N.P., C.N.M., will now accept OB and GYN patients on Wednesdays, 7:30AM – 3:30PM at the new Clinton location.

Heather is a Clinton area native, born and raised in the neighboring town of Camanche, IA. She always wanted to work in the Intensive Care Unit, but after witnessing her first birth she knew that her heart belonged to labor and delivery.

While working full-time at Genesis BirthCenter she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Iowa in 2017. Heather then went on to achieve her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati where she graduated in December of 2019.
 
"As much as I loved being a labor and delivery nurse, I hated that once that woman left our unit, I wouldn't see her again,” says Mink. “I wanted to be able to support women throughout their life transitions from their first period, through pregnancy, and menopause. It's such an incredibly humbling experience that women choose me to walk beside them on their health journey. I have been fortunate to form strong bonds and build relationships with incredible women.”
 
The NEW Clinton, IA OB-GYN satellite clinic, located at 2745 Lincoln Hwy, is NOW accepting patients on Wednesdays, 7:30AM – 3:30PM.
