CBI Bank & Trust Elects Dwayne W. Sieck CEO Muscatine, IA – At CBI Bank & Trust’s December 19, 2024, Board Meeting, Dwayne W. Sieck was elected to the Board of Directors and was appointed CEO of CBI Bank & Trust as of January 1, 2025.  Mr. Sieck previously served as President of CBI Bank & Trust and now succeeds Gregory J.
