Renewal by Andersen of Quad Cities will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, November 16^th at 10:00 am to commemorate the beginning of construction on their new facility.  Attendees should park on the street along Harrison or Research Parkway. You should park tight to the curb, since their neighbors may have deliveries via semi-truck.
 
Renewal by Andersen of Quad Cities is a window replacement company and has served the Quad Cities Community since January of 2017. They are optimistic about the mutually beneficial impact this project will have on the community and their customers.
 
This expansion will more than quadruple the size of the company’s current Davenport operating facilities and allow for sustainable support of growing demand for Renewal by Andersen products. The new build will boast a total of 55,000 sq. ft., dedicated to Renewal by Andersen’s warehousing, training facilities and offices. The remaining space will offer a similar layout and be made available to local businesses for lease on a build-to-lease basis.
