"Mapping Processes before ERP Implementation"
Presented by Tom Waggoner, Living More, Inc.
With over 25 years of manufacturing leadership, Tom Waggoner has played pivotal executive roles in multiple complex global operations for leading automotive, food, energy and transportation companies as well as for the Department of Defense.
Tom has a proven track record of ERP implementation and international template design, enterprise governance, organizational transformation, and start-up activities resulting in successful leadership of the largest full-scale, full life-cycle implementations of SAP, seven international manufacturing operations, more than ten global and regional distribution centers, and the development and leadership of the most sophisticated supply chain within the automotive and energy manufacturing sectors.
Participants at this event will understand the importance of process documentation and the value of having their business processes documented BEFORE an ERP implementation project. Specifically, attendees will be provided:
