HUB HUDDLE
Join us for coffee early in the morning to discuss proven ways to generate sales NOW. We will hear from participating manufactures who will share their best practices and case studies with the group. Each meeting we will have a rotating subject matter expert to share new ideas about how to grow your business. This is a re-occurring event every 2nd and 4th Friday morning of the month.
Featured speaker: Paul Gormley - CIRAS / Iowa State University Office of Economic Development and Industry Relations. Paul has an Engineering degree and MBA from Iowa State and has worked for CIRAS for the past 17 years.
Content: Paul will provide an overview on the basics of marketing and the elements of a successful market strategy. Paul will share the importance of a strategic plan and utilizing internal communication before executing. Time will be provided for Q & A along with networking with other attendees.
