Mandala Integrative Medicine will host the 2nd Women’s Integrative Lifestyle Forum (WILF) on Thursday, April 19th, 2018 from 5pm-8pm at the River Center/Adler Theatre in Davenport, Iowa. This year’s topic “How Does Your Passion Drive Your Purpose?” focuses on self-development and self-care in the areas of work, health, relationships, and mindset! Enjoy inspiring discussions, presentations, and use this opportunity to talk with professionals and vendors in an informative and fun environment. This interactive event will feature keynote speaker Dr. Sayed A. Shah, M.D., Emcee and Life/Relationship Coach Rumaisa Khawaja, and renowned lifestyle experts Natalie Brown and Brooke Lemke. Dr. Sayed A Shah, M.D., co-founder of Mandala Integrative Medicine, is a leading gut health expert and medical doctor with world-class expertise in functional medicine. His personal journey with Integrative Medicine started when his son was diagnosed with Autism. By using Integrative Medicine practices, they have been able to overcome many of the challenges his son faced. Integrative Medicine is personalized medicine focused on dealing with the root cause of a disease, instead of merely treating symptoms. Rumaisa Khawaja is a certified Life/Relationship Coach and working toward a master’s degree at Wright Graduate University for The Realization of Human Potential. Her 17 years of experience throughout the country (New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago) and her certification in Coaching for Emotional Intelligence allows her to help people achieve dynamic, positive changes in their lives by providing meaningful tools they can successfully and consistently integrate into their day-to-day activities. Natalie Brown holds master’s degrees in Music Education and Ethnology & Folklore. During her extensive international travels, she received several certifications and diplomas in the fields of Nada Yoga and Sound Healing. Natalie runs Sounds Heal Studio where she offers individual & group Integral Sound Healing sessions. Brooke Lemke led successful careers in sports, pharmacy, and the film/television industry before graduating from America’s first accredited college of hypnotherapy, Hypnosis Motivation Institute, College of Hypnotherapy. Having suffered from chronic pain for over 15 years, Certified Hypnotherapist Brooke Lemke decided to help others by providing workshops and speeches, and by opening her own practice, Brooke Lemke Hypnosis. This forum will feature an inspiring panel discussion with Lisa McCormick Eveleth of LIVE FIT WITH LUPUS; Leslie Wethington Klipsch, Author of Mama Bear’s Manifesto; Angie Kendall, Director of Development and Communications at Child Abuse Council Quad Cities; Heidi Collins of Huiskamp Collins Investments, LLC; and Sarah Stevens of The Beautifull Project. Norma’s Place just recently experienced a fire and is in dire need of support.
