About:
April Price joined Lane & Waterman in 2007 and is a registered patent attorney, practicing in all phases of intellectual property law including the preparation, prosecution and enforcement of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. April also handles technology related transactions including negotiating, drafting, and enforcing software, cloud computing, and ecommerce agreements. Additionally, April works closely with in-house counsel on media law and 1st Amendment issues. April is a former chair and current council member of the Intellectual Property Section of the Iowa State Bar Association and is Secretary of the Iowa Intellectual Property Law Association. April received her J.D. degree from Indiana University-Indianapolis, and a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Bradley University. She is a member of the bar in the States of Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
