Recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent has repeatedly been referred to as a war, "the war for talent!" And the pandemic has only fueled the feeling battle-wariness, especially in the HR Field. The emerging workforce landscape is unlike anything we've experienced in the past. The pandemic has created an opportunity for increased reflection on the meaning of work, life, and balance. Join us on October 13 for an interactive morning of professional development and discussion, designed specifically for the hiring and talent development leaders who are at the front lines of this emerging conflict. Our event will be led by Michelle Luebke, Highlight HR Consulting and former Human Resources Executive at John Deere. Michelle will kick off the morning by sharing best practices for talent recruitment and retention. We will then facilitate a panel discussion with rising seniors and young alumni who will share their workplace priorities and provide their perspectives on tolls that organizations can use to improve their ability to attract and retain high quality individuals. Finally, you will have a chance to discuss the challenges you are facing and share best practices during our interactive round tables. This event was created for you to connect, learn, and replenish your toolkit so that you can continue to do what you do best! This event will be hosted in person, masks required.
