TDR Carriages, LLC will host a ribbon cutting on Thursday, June 27 at 4:30pm at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, located at 2815 W. Locust St in Davenport, IA (enter Gate 5 and look for wagons, carts, carriages and of course, the stars of the event, Black & Deckker Percheron Horses).
 
Jim and Cindy Meldrum have a combined total of over 75 years in the horse industry - breeding, training, Cindy judging and competing in riding and driving.  They have attended professional heavy horse team driving clinics in the Dallas, Texas area, enhancing their professional driving skills.  Attend the ribbon cutting, take a ride, have a sandwich, listen to CW music, meet their boys Percheron Team – Black and Dekker.
