Darnell Butler has joined the Construction Phase Services (CPS) Department of Klingner & Associates, P.C. (Klingner) in the firm’s Davenport Regional Office as an Assistant Technician. He will be responsible for assisting in testing construction materials according to industry standards, observing construction processes, and performing equipment maintenance and calibration.
 
Butler’s years of construction experience working on residential and commercial projects, including concrete placement, site preparation, framing, and general construction operations have prepared him for the consultant’s role in testing, observation and documentation of these activities.
