Description
Participants will learn common principles behind Agile as expressed in the Agile Manifesto and have an opportunity to practice applying agile practices. The class will explore key roles in effectively carrying out an agile project, how scope and outcomes are progressively defined and created. The class will include activities for participants to practice applying agile ceremonies and tools as they learn the basics of Scrum and Kanban.
Cost includes course materials, meals, and 12 PMI Certified PDUs.
