Description

Different types of projects need different processes or methodologies to be successful. This class presents how a variety of projects can be better managed by applying agile principles and practices focusing on skills, communication, and community which allows the project to be more effective and more agile than just focusing on processes. The class will cover common principles behind agile development as expressed in the Agile Manifesto. Included are topics about the agile triangle as a new way of thinking about performance measurement to encourage agility plus reviewing the role of the agile project leader and the values and principles that drive agile project management.
