The new TBK Bank Sports Complex spanning across 76 acres in Bettendorf includes baseball fields, indoor soccer fields, basketball courts, sand volleyball, plus an entertainment facility with bowling, laser tag, escape rooms, and more. The $50 million development is a sports facility like no other in the country but that’s not the only thing being built on the land near Middle and Forest Grove roads. Plans and construction are still in the works for a new pair of retail strip malls, gas station and hotel near the complex.
